How quickly will my order be shipped?

 

We aim to despatch all orders within two working days or sooner, but please allow for up to seven working days for despatch during peak periods.  We hold ample stocks of all the lines, but if we have run out of a popular line, we will email you an estimated despatch date.  You will then have the option of substituting the unavailable item(s) with similar alternatives, waiting for your original choice or cancelling those items(s) for an immediate refund through your credit or debit card or by cheque (if payment was made by this method).

 

 

Will I be charged for Packing & Postage?

 

Packing is FREE and Postage is FREE for all orders over £75.00 to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland (Lowlands) – regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders may also be collected FREE of charge from our shop premises in St Helens. In the case of school orders, FREE delivery is available into school within our local area by arrangement, where this has been agreed with the head teacher.

For orders under £75.00 we charge a modest £3.95 for carriage/postage.

For the Highlands and certain other areas within the United Kingdom, the carriage charge varies.  The correct carriage charge will either be automatically added to the shopping cart at checkout or the order will be referred to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for calculation of carriage.  If you do not wish to pay the carriage charge listed, you can cancel your order online before you click on any of the payment options listed.

Overseas Orders:  All orders from outside of the United Kingdom will automatically be referred to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  for review and you will be contacted with a revised postal cost.

 

 

Delivery Address

 

If you pay by credit or debit card, during checkout you will have the option to choose delivery to the card holder’s address or an alternative address such as your neighbour’s or your office/workplace.  When we receive your order, if the delivery address is different to your credit card or debit card account address, This email address is being protected from spambots. Tracking my Order

 

All packages to the UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail or private courier.  If you have any queries about the delivery of your package, please email us your unique order number and query to This email address is being protected from spambots.
